I had a nail in my tire that could not be patched. I called Ski Country Auto & Towing after 5:00 pm. They helped to get a tire there the next day, replace it, and get me on the road again in a few hours. So helpful!! They also helped me the next day when I needed to follow up and file a claim for Road Hazard Warranty. They called the company and gave them all the details needed so I could file a claim. Sooo helpful and would definitely recommend.

Mike is outstanding! He saw us pulled over to the side of the highway with a flat tire and he took the time out of his day to stop and help assist us!! He was fast and resourceful!! Very appreciative of his help!

Where was the fire about 3:15 PM on Friday, July 30th? As all the vehicles coming up the east side of Eisenhower were merging into the left hand lane to get out of the mud and rocks from the flooding, your big white semi size wrecker comes barreling along in the right hand lane throwing muddy water and trash all over everybody. I thought "holy cow - there must be a nasty accident ahead" only to see the same truck sitting at the top of the pass doing nothing. Nice.

Thank you for bringing this situation to our attention Christoff. Traffic delays, weather and road construction can definitely present driving challenges. We were enroute to a stranded semi truck. Many times we are called to a situation that is causing a delay or blocked traffic and is cleared before we arrive. Our apologies that it appears this was indeed the case. Our drivers are trained to take precautions while also expediting to assist law enforcement in vehicle removal and lane clearance. We hope that you have safe travels.
