Truck overheated on I70 (loose cap...thanks Jiffy Lube). Called Ski Country and Bonnie (super nice) said she would have a driver to us in about 30 minutes. It was literally a couple minutes and Chris R. (Super cool and was nice chatting with) pulled up next to us. Towed us back into Frisco to Napa for antifreeze. Hopefully truck doesn’t overheat again but if it does, I know who we will call. 10 stars!!!

Very, very expensive work. They charged me 150+ to tell me my battery was dead which I already knew as a fact. They also fixed the radiator which was supposed to fix the defroster/heat. When that didnt work they Jerry rigged the heat so it would only come out through the defroster touched a button the next day and now the defroster option isn't even available?? Overall they seemed like nice people, but $1,200 and three for a new battery and a radiator and still broke defrosters has me a little upset. Any car problems I have in the future I'm taking elsewhere.

Thanks Kenny for your review. I would invite you to look over your work order for a complete description of services and necessary repairs to address your concerns. The charge for the battery service was $82.90. In regards to the defrost issue, we found and stated on the estimate that the mode door on the actuator has failed. The mode door as stated on the estimate would need to be repaired in order for the defrost to work correctly. This was unrelated to the battery and the radiator. Service with a smile and then they stick you with a huge bill in the end! $750 for diagnostics and a battery replacement.

Want to give a huge shout out to William the The tow truck driver who got us safely up and over the Mountains into Denver with our doubles and broke down t680 he not only was a professional and outstanding driver he made that bad day just that much easier by making sure we arrived to a safe location where our truck will be fixed and my partner and I have a place to stay for the night. Absolutely amazing attitude and driver would never go anywhere else if broke down in the mountains again. Thank you for the timely response and great attitude one of a kind all round gray tow truck driver.

Went into a snow bank, car was making a funny noise. They got it in the next day to look at it for me, ended up being something super easy to fix and they fixed it for me . Friendly people as far as I could tell. Will definitely be back, fair price and fast service
