Excellent customer service. My Dodge Ram was having trouble starting in Breck - Mike showed up promptly and went above and beyond to help us out. He gave us a tow all the way to Denver on a Sunday and on the way helped me negotiate with my insurance (even getting on the phone with them directly) to have them to more than double the amount they were willing to cover, saving me lots of $$$. Mike went out of his way to make a less than ideal situation as painless as possible. Highly recommend, thanks Mike!!!

Ski Country Auto saved us on our trip! We were traveling from Wisconsin, and broke down just outside of Breckenridge in the mountains. We were towed to SKI Country Auto, and everyone from Bonnie to Jeff were kind, helpful, and amazing. They discovered the problem, explained everything to us, and had us on our way in a timely manner. Can’t recommend them enough!

Set up an appointment online and was able to get serviced quickly. The staff was knowledgeable and courteous. Didn’t try to upsell and prices were average for the area. I’ve gone to this shop twice now and would recommend it for your general car needs.

Went in for just a repair on my windshield wiper hose. Asked if they’d be able to finish it by today because I had to leave town and only wanted it done if they could finish it. They said no problem and they would call me when it was done. Came back right before they were about to close to find that they literally hadn’t fixed anything, in fact even lost a cap to the windshield wiper arm. Charged me a 60 dollar diagnosis fee that I didn’t ask for with upwards of 700 dollars worth of repairs. So I left with the same problem I had, 4 hours wasted, and 60 dollars less. Very unhappy with this shop and would strongly not recommend.
