More than 5 Stars! My experience was fantastic with Matt who came to tow my vintage camper. He did an amazing job delivering it over an hour away and showed up during a snow shower. I really appreciate the service I got from Matt and highly recommend him. He stayed in touch by text and answered my service call when nobody else would even answer the phone. Thank you Matt! I have taken my personal vehicle here several times now, and each time I visit I am happy with their work (wish I didn’t own a junker that is constantly needing fixes, but that’s how life is...). Scott is very personable and professional and took the time to make sure I read through and understood the work I was having done and allowed me to do my own research. I feel that in the mechanic field it’s difficult to find a shop that has good customer service, where they don’t speak to you in a condescending manner, as well as having quick and accurate car services, but they have found a perfect balance. As a driver from a VERY BROWN COMPANY,(get it) I have had multiple tows off of the mountains. Ski Country is our go to for Towing Service. 1 MILLION MILE + TRUCKS. Ya Matt, most tows so far for me, and Jerry, fantastic guys. I’m not sure which one is faster at getting me hooked and towed. Hmmm, rivalry!!! USE SKI COUNTRY IF POSSIBLE. Reliable, prompt, SAFE. Thank the Lord this company exists! Best tow truck company HANDS DOWN! Our driver Loyd was an excellent man, and you could tell he genuinely wanted to help you in a bad situation. After many phone calls and a couple failed attempts with other tow companies, this one was able to rescue us on time! Also the conversation for the ride wasn't bad either! Thanks Again!

Well they were very nice and efficient. Rotated tires changed oil and topped off fluids. However being from Wisconsin and traveling to Colorado, my windshield wiper lines and wiper fluid tank froze up. We needed guild with antifreeze in it. We were stuck on the mountain near Leadville Colorado, in snow and couldn't clear our windshield to drive. Had to take car into service station to sit overnight until the the lines and tank thawed. Then added fluid with anti freeze in it.

Made fun of my situation and refused to help. If you're a tourist do not call this place.

These were the only guys who could and would help us! We had been snowed in on our off grid mountain property for 2 months. We had an expensive reservation for our 37 ft travel trailer waiting for us up in Breckenridge... But we couldn't get there due to non stop snow and 6-10ft snow drift. So, we were paying for a reservation for a week that we couldn't get to. Scott at ski country towing made the awesome decision to allow one of his guys to come out to Hartsel to get us, even though it was pouring snow up in Breckenridge where he needed his guys. Then he sent Chris. Chris, from Michigan, who was awesome! He never gave up! He kept finding creative solutions and working at it. He cared. And he never let us see any frustration, which any human would have been feeling in our situation. He was cool, calm and level headed. He communicated and got us involved when needed, to make sure our rig stayed safe. Basically, he had to surgically remove us off our 40 acres and then hauled our trailer up to Breckenridge over Hoosier pass in Blizzard conditions. It took 6 hours. I am understating how awesome the commitment was. This was difficult. We were desperate, and these guys came thru! Thank you so very much! Worth every penny. Sometimes you have to pay to get safe, professional services. I think people forget that in this day and age. The cost was totally worth the service. We are so grateful to be on grid and safe for this beautiful, crazy winter this year. I highly recommend this business if what you want is a professional, dependable and capable business who still knows what good, old fashioned customer service is!

Always great service. I'm the gearhead in the neighborhood. Most of my friends reach out to me with car questions and I send them to ski country every time. Fair prices, they honor their appointment times and a great people all around. I strongly recommend these guys to anybody.

Scott completed a PPI on a vehicle I was looking at buying. He was very helpful in answering all my questions over the phone before I made the 3 hour drive to come check out the vehicle. Would highly recommend Ski Country Auto!
