Left my vehicle to get an block heater installed, waiting half a day, ubering back and forth I got told they could do it and its "ridiculous"...?

Please allow me to apologize for your inconvenience. After looking at your Mercedes Sprinter and contacting the dealer, it was determined that an engine heater from Mercedes was unavailable. They took my truck after an accident that wasn't at all my fault. I was living in my truck at the time and wasn't allowed to get ANY of my stuff until I paid the tow bill which was over 300 dollars. Wouldn't work with me at all till a month later.

We understand your frustration especially when your vehicle is involved in an accident. Unfortunately, many circumstances require towing services to be paid for once services are completed. My Volvo XC90 broke down in Summit County and Ski Country Repair expressed confidence they would be able to fix it but turned out not to be the case. In hindsight I should have had it towed straight to Denver to avoid double towing costs and unnecessary service expenses. Personnel were very friendly and responsive but unfortunately over optimistic in their capabilities.

While we were able to retrieve the codes on your Volvo XC90 and in many cases are able to repair. Unfortunately, this required further assistance that is only available through a dealership and we could not have known that prior to retrieving the codes. We wish you safe travels.
