Unexpected Customer Service! My family and I were in Breckenridge for vacation with the sole purpose of jeeping. As soon as we got on the trail on the first day our jeep started overheating and some locals stopped to help. I asked if there was a local shop they recommended and they said "take it to Ski Country, they're the best around." We limped over there not expecting to receive immediate help due to it being their busy time, but was pleasantly surprised. Scott was honest with me and said they wouldn't be able to get me in for a week and I explained that we were traveling from Texas and would be leaving in a few days and had to drive the jeep home. He said that they had previous commitments and wouldn't be able to squeeze me in, but had a tech come out and help me diagnose what was going on. Even though they were covered up, he still spent an hour helping me figure out what was going on and explained how to fix the issue myself so I could get home. I asked if I could pay for the time they spent helping me and he refused even though I insisted. I fixed it myself and ended up getting to go up the mountain after all. Thanks a ton to Ski Country and I hope to never have to see them again, but they'll be the only folks I see if the need arises.

Ski Country's services are impeccable. They are quick to respond and very reliable. They are also very thorough. If you want a reliable service to work on your car they are the place to take it to. They got my car in and had it done in less than the time they said it would be done. This is a family-owned and operated busyness. They have been around for a very long time. I moved here in 1983, they came highly recommended then and they are highly recommended now and will be for years to come. They stand by their work. Thank you Ski Country.

After my '97 F350 was at Big-O-Tires in Frisco for two weeks with terrible communication, and being told that it was hard to find parts for it, I picked it up and dropped it off after hours at Ski Country Auto. I had never been there before, and it was after hours so I had to use the drop box to leave my keys. I received a text from them at 7:45 the next morning acknowledging they had received my truck, and then phone call shortly thereafter to get the story on the trucks issue. They called back about 10:00 AM and said the truck just needed a vacuum pump, and that it was in town and they could have done by end of day. Big-O had said my truck needed the vacuum pump, booster, hoses, and new calipers.... Big-O never did get me a quote because they said the parts were hard to find. Ski Country Auto took my payment over the phone, and I picked up my truck after hours on Friday. It was in their shop less than 24 hours. Thank you Ski Country Auto!
