After my '97 F350 was at Big-O-Tires in Frisco for two weeks with terrible communication, and being told that it was hard to find parts for it, I picked it up and dropped it off after hours at Ski Country Auto. I had never been there before, and it was after hours so I had to use the drop box to leave my keys. I received a text from them at 7:45 the next morning acknowledging they had received my truck, and then phone call shortly thereafter to get the story on the trucks issue. They called back about 10:00 AM and said the truck just needed a vacuum pump, and that it was in town and they could have done by end of day. Big-O had said my truck needed the vacuum pump, booster, hoses, and new calipers.... Big-O never did get me a quote because they said the parts were hard to find. Ski Country Auto took my payment over the phone, and I picked up my truck after hours on Friday. It was in their shop less than 24 hours. Thank you Ski Country Auto!

I've done business with this shop 3 times. And not one time have they ever failed to be 100% professional and courteous. They treat you with respect and the rates in my opinion are fair. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family. The whole entire staff, from the front office to the service garage mechanic to the roadside tech definitely took care of me.
