EXTREMELY upset with the treatment and price gouging my stranded son (teenager) received over the weekend!! The incident was so extreme that it is being escalated!!! Unfortunately, I cannot give ZERO stars. This company should be ashamed of itself!!!!

Ski Contry Shell & Towing has the quickest response time I've ever seen. The tow truck operator made sure the drivers were OK before anything else. They're methods and time for towing the truck showed they were experienced in dealing with large vehicles. The staff at the station were friendly and gave great advice on how to get things done. Wish AAA was as good as the tow.... AAA wouldn't cover the tow but the driver was so great, I gladly paid out of pocket.
