We had a flat tire, Josh went above and beyond fixing it. He needed to run back to the shop twice because my car was missing parts! Great service, don’t hesitate to call! This is from a lady traveling by herself!!

They were great customer service

My daughter had broken down on the side of I-70, and I live 150 miles away. They quickly went and picked her up and towed the car back to the shop. They were very courteous and helpful in fixing the car. Unfortunately, the car ended up being donated, but I very much appreciated their help.

They're always thorough, do a great job and take the time to let you know upcoming concerns, be they short term or long term. Throw in that it just feels like a traditional neighborhood business showing neighborly concern in a day and age where that's rapidly disappearing.

I dare you to find better service than that. He went so far out of his way for me, so that I could get home to my wife and kids. This review is the least that I could do. Thank you, Larry.

The prey on the week, don't bother. If they AAA suggests them decline right away. Horrible experience and waste of time waiting for overpriced service.

Without hesitation I chose a score of 10 because since the first time I called your company I was greeted very polite by associate Laura Lewark, who was very helpful and went the extra mile to meet mine and my company's needs. I was very happy to have her helping me through the ordeal of getting everything back to normal after one of our company trucks got in a little accident . I would definitely recommend you as a company to complement her on her great , excellent and awesomeness customer service. companies should definitely have employees like Laura to make clients need truly valued.
