We were towing our 5th wheel trailer on the freeway near Veil a couple months ago when our truck ran over something and got a flat tire. The tire wouldn't come off so we had a different tow company come at 1am to take the truck to Veil. The next morning our insurance company found Ski Country to come out and pick up our 5th wheel trailer (and us since we slept the night in the trailer) and they took us to Veil. I wish I had posted this review right when it happened so I could remember our driver's name, but he was fantastic. He was funny, relatable and completely understanding of our situation. He even offered to give us a ride across town to Big O Tires to pick up our truck after he left the trailer at WalMart (the largest parking spot we could find in town). A+ service guys!

After a mere three time of trying to acquire parts, success was had! But wait.....there's more! It took Jeff just as long to produce an invoice so I could pay Ski Country. Luckily though, it all came together before dark! My beloved is enjoying her new brakes, so it was definitely worth the wait, the anxiety and the humor. God, I love this place. Next trip in is my turn, so look out!

Excellent service. 1day. Second time I've used the service and found them to be accommodating and able to get in and out in a reasonable time. Jeff the general manager was great. I have used them once before and found them to be reasonable and the fact they were a family-owned business that's been there for years was a big factor for me. The ease of getting in and out of the location was also easy since I had to take the bus to get back home and then come back in and it dropped me off right at the facility where my car was waiting for me when I got there and everything was explained to my satisfaction overall I would use these people as my first choice in Frisco as the mechanical shop of choice
