I’ve been waiting a long time to find a great shop in Summit County. And now I am happy to say… I have! Josh and crew have been very easy to deal with. Scheduling is lightning fast with a confirmation always. They provide one of the best summary reports from the vehicle diagnostics with a simple system to identify priority level of observed issues, and prices seem to be fair! I wouldn’t hesitate to bring your vehicle to Ski Country Auto!

Josh was so easy to work with. He was clear with all communication and gave me all options for replacing my tires. I didn't feel stressed once during the entire process! They take great care of your vehicles and make things easy for you. This is my auto repair shop in summit county and I won't go anywhere else!

Definitely a good price for road service. $450 to come out 30 minutes away from their shop, and about $300 for parts and labor.

The team went above and beyond to help diagnose my issue while they were doing an oil change, and didn’t charge extra for the assessment. They saved me money by telling me a repair wasn’t urgently necessary, when they could’ve told me it was urgent and needed to be done right away. The service coordinator and mechanic each had decades of experience and were highly professional and courteous.
