These guys are champions of helping out front range losers like me, awash in despair and abandoned by wifi on I-70. Jack the driver was an amazing dude and an amazing help. Their phone operator was professional and polite, and she helped me get connected with a tow truck for a great price and time estimate. Jack got my Jeep loaded up and off to a mechanic with no worries to my car, and was just as unstressed on the drop off. Super pro and was impressed at the skill of getting a flatbed back into a mountain driveway, then unloading on a slope with no problem. Great price, normally readily available within range, and awesome people. Would recommend for all your mountain towing needs.

These guys quickly rescued me off the side of the road when I blew 2 tires hitting a boulder. They then talked my partner through some good tire options, ordered me 4 new tires and a rim, and installed them quickly. Much better experience than I have had at local tire shops.

They couldn't help me when my car broke down in vail pass and it started snowing. Mind you single female traveling alone and didn't have much room and the side of the road.

My 2010 3.6r outback overheated on the westbound pass, I used my AAA tow to get to Ski Country Auto Repair. They got me in and out same day with a quick service to my cooling system. They were completely with the program as far as getting me back on the road ASAP. I was thrilled that I wouldn't have to drop cash on a hotel. They could have held me up for another day taking care of their suggested additional services while I dropped money at the hotel, but they understood my situation and got me confidently back on the road same-day. I was charged fairly, never felt like I was being taken advantage of, and got to speak at-length with my technician about the issue and future maintenance once I finished traveling. Made a tough situation as painless as possible. My tow driver also had a vehicle being serviced there, so that's a good sign.

They fixed my car, but they were very expensive. On the way from Denver to Frisco (where we were to stay for two nights) the battery light on my car came on. They were the closest shop that had capacity to repair my car. Just to diagnose the issue they charged me $245. (While dealing with this issue I learned that the most common cause of it is a faulty alternator.) They came back with exactly this diagnosis and quoted me a total repair cost of $1920 for replacing the alternator and the serpentine belt and tensioner kit (which they recommended to do at the same time), including the $245 diagnosis. I had a chance to talk with my regular mechanic in Denver, and he found it unnecessary to replace the serpentine belt and tensioner kit and quoted me just shy of $460 total for replacing the alternator (quality part, work, and taxes). The Ski Country cost for just replacing the alternator was still a total of $1144. This included $401 for the alternator itself, $394 in labor costs for replacing the alternator (which my regular mechanic said would take an hour), and $81 in "Shop Supplies". I understand that things are somewhat more expensive in the Frisco region, but in my books this is extreme.
