Frisco Auto Repair

On 11/4, I found a pretty serious issue with a tire. I checked with both obvious choices in Frisco, neither of which could take care of my tire in a timely manner. They suggested Ski Country Auto Repair & Towing. Josh said he could get it repaired by 6 pm. Great news, right? We got back to the condo and got another car to continue about our day. At 11:30 am, we ran back by the shop to grab some items from the car. The car was already up on a jack with the tire being repaired. We got what we needed and headed to Breck. An hour later we got a call, the car was done, 5 hours ahead of time! I can’t thank Josh and his team enough for the tremendous service we received. They have definitely gained my trust and future service.

I've been coming to Ski Country to get my vehicles serviced for years and I have no intent on ever going anywhere else.

I always take my car to Ski Country Auto Repair to have it serviced. The are always pleasant....and they do excellent work. I drive across country every year and I always make an appointment with them before I leave. They check everything...even changed my air filters inside the car. I will return again next year and I will make another appointment for my return trip again. Feeling safe in your car and knowing a professional checked it out before a long trip gives me great comfort. Thank you for always doing a "5"star service. See you next year.

This is a HUGE shoutout to Dave who helped me tremendously back in August after my car ran out of oil 2 hours away from home. He was extremely patient, friendly, flexible, and very knowledgeable! He provided some great advice on what may be happening to my car and what are some good next steps. He was also VERY easy to talk to and made me feel super calm and comfortable during a very distressing time. The lady I spoke to when I first called was also very nice and transferred me to someone else (Dave) who could better assist me with the issue I was having with my car. I would HIGHLY recommend this company if you are ever in need of a tow in the area. 10/10 service!

I stopped by to check my tires and brakes. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Showed me what kind of problems I had and ordered parts for me. I am very satisfied with this place and its mechanics. My car was done the next day after I dropped it. Highly recommend Ski Country Auto Repair.

Was passing through and they were able to sneak me in to repair a flat in my rental car. While I was waiting I watched their internal interaction about customers and their cars as well as the direct interaction with customers. They clearly have a long term vision and act as an advocate for their customers to keep them on the road now as well as letting them know about what will coming up. If I lived in the area, this is the shop I would be going to.

Had broke a leaf spring on my 5th wheel trailer on the 70 just passing Frisco call Colorado. The folks at Ski County got my trailer in and got the parts and got me out with extra care. Made sure everything was good and that I was safe to before I was on my way.
